Refund policy

PrettyBxndzCo values and strives to satisfy our customers. Unfortunately, all items listed on the site are final sale. No refunds, exchanges or returns will be issued for the following reasons:

1. A lost package by the shipping carrier. (Please note that we are NOT responsible for packages being lost by the shipping carrier. However, packages lost on our behalf or sent to another address on our behalf we will take full responsibility for.

2. Shipping delays (once packages has been shipped out PrettyBxndzCo  are no longer in control, you must contact the shipping company)
